Vews of the sea. Situated in a prime spot. Found just off Blackpool as well as the garden.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to the tram stop and shops. The staff, especially Trish, were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The breakfast menu could have had more options to choose from.

Particularly good location next to the main seafront, the tram stop and the garden, and the room was lovely. Even though beds were very poor quality, truly enjoyed having a microwave oven, a sofa bed, and central heating...

The bathroom was tiny, it upset me a little.

All in all, it is handy base for staying in Blackpool. It has a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. There's views of the sea. Location is great and lovely, close to a tram station.

We were amazed by the personal touch of Trish, the owner, who decorated the living room for our special birthday celebration. The spacious bedrooms, especially the huge top room, provided plenty of space for our group of 8. The sea view from the living room was breathtaking. The well-maintained outdoor space and BBQ were a great addition. The kitchen had most of the necessities. The nearby tram stop was convenient and there was free parking in front of the property.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was such wonderful. It had a great and unbeatable setting adjacent to the garden as well as the main seafront.

The location was mind-blowing, with a tram stop just a hop away for exploring. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen facilities were perfect, including free wi-fi, microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle. The outside balcony was a jaw-dropping spot to chill, even though the weather didn't cooperate. The owners were super responsive to any issues.

Our group of 8 had a fantastic long weekend at The Place By The Sea. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the tower and with a tram stop nearby. The spacious bedrooms with TVs were great, and the modern kitchen had everything we needed. Although seating was limited with only one 2-seater sofa and 1 chair, the outdoor area and BBQ were lovely. We also had a fantastic Chinese take away from underneath the hotel, and the local butcher's across the road was a must-visit.

The hotel's location was excellent, a short walk or tram ride away from the main attractions. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own TV with an Amazon stick for entertainment. Despite the lack of seating in the living room, the outdoor area and BBQ were enjoyable, and the neighboring guests were friendly. The nearby Chinese take-away and butcher shop were recommended and provided delicious meals. The owners were quick to respond to any issues or messages, which was appreciated.

The heating system was inadequate, leaving the hotel feeling chilly and stuffy. The windows were locked shut, making it difficult for air to circulate and raising concerns about fire safety.
